Since the Water Bar at Collette is a lunchtime time mob scene expect a lunchbox packed with good healthy stuff such as a green veggie burger made of guacamole, thinly sliced zucchini and tofu steak, raw veggies with sesame vinai...grette, and for dessert, a chocolate and almond cookie by master pastry and chocolate chef jean paul hevin. to drink, how about a bottle of vitamin water instead of soda or wine?
